$8000 First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit is Extended!!!

Great news!!!  The First Time Homebuyer $8000 Tax Credit has been extended!!  This will prove to be great news for thousands of Apple Valley Lake, Ohio homebuyers and many existing homeowners who qualify for this financial incentive.  I asked national real estate expert David Knox to help me explain the benefits of this extended and revised tax credit.  In order for you to take advantage of this incentive you will need to buy and close your transaction before the tax credit deadline.
