Sutton Beach

Beautiful Sutton Beach sits along approximately 400 feet of lake frontage located on Baldwin Drive.  This beach is the most popular of the three beaches located on Apple Valley Lake.  Besides a beautiful swimming area there are also approximately 800 feet of common area frontage including a picnic shelter attached to the bathhouse with vending machines.  Enjoy picnic tables and grills - perfect for those family cookouts!!  The picnic shelter can be reserved for parties as well.

Don't forget the volleyball!!  A sand volleyball court is also available on the beach and is first come first serve.   The kids will surely enjoy the playground that includes two sets of swings on either side and great views of the water!!  Pets are welcome too!  A designated pet area is located left of the beach! 

Feel free to bring your fishing pole and tackle box!  There is a boardwalk with a fishing pier that has common docks attached to it.  Any property owner may use these docks for temporary docking (less than 24 hours and no overnight parking!)

Sutton Beach Directions:  From the front entrance to Apple Valley, turn left on Apple Valley Drive, take a right onto Baldwin Drive.  A sign on the right directs you to Sutton Beach.
